mattferraro (July 4, 2011)

So many solid bands

ZachLeg (July 4, 2011)

i wish assassinate the scientist was still active

Ghoti34 (July 4, 2011)

They aren't? Since when...i was hoping they would be added to the Fest soon. It also looks like they have some shows in August per the bands facebook page

ZachLeg (July 4, 2011)

*more active

ThepasswordIstaco (July 4, 2011)

Punxispunx fest in august!

punkcdsampler (July 4, 2011)

I thought you meant Kill The Scientist for a moment. Thank god you didn't.

GaryATS (July 31, 2011)

We're still active! Just 2/3 married, 1/3 homeowners, and 100% writing a new record. May not tour for a while, but one member is currently saving his pennies for a van. Hopefully touring in a year. As for FEST, we dropped off this year for a few different reasons. Nothing bad of course, just busy with work and other projects. The song on the DTFH comp is going to be on our new record, which may take a while.

jlb (July 4, 2011)

so excited to be a part of this! thank you DTFH RECS!

walblo (July 4, 2011)

Nice lineup on the comp...looks promising!
Any unreleased songs?

kylewagoner (July 4, 2011)

Needs more Run, Forever. Also, it needs The Please And Thank Yous, since they're actually a DTFH band.

mark-eh (July 4, 2011)

stoked to be apart of this!

mcflynnthm (john) (July 4, 2011)

Another winner from DTFH!

Thrusters (July 4, 2011)

Scotty and this label both rule hard.

Also, get into that band called the Local Systems. Dudes rule hard and put on one hell of a live show.

mattramone (July 4, 2011)

Punk-O-Rama 100

jimmynorville (July 4, 2011)

what's track 3?

telegraphrocks (July 4, 2011)

I think that's where Motherboy goes.

wearestillalive (July 4, 2011)

Cynics changed their name to Great Cynics recently because The Cynics threatened to sue them.

sketchyjoe (July 4, 2011)

Why can't people understand? I've got a short attention span.

telegraphrocks (July 4, 2011)

Short... attention spayayayayayayaaaaaan!

martinNZ09 (July 4, 2011)

One of the most solid cpmp line ups in ages

mike_killroad (July 4, 2011)

Holy cow! Dead End Days is on this comp? Great news and very stoked.

froggerwithmylife (July 5, 2011)

Is Mixtapes covering the Hold Steady(which would be really interesting/awesome) or are they just ironically naming their song that (which would piss me off)?

johnnyz77 (July 5, 2011)

interesting. should be a cover. if you go to mixtapes lastfm.com page they have the song on there already and they say it's a cover.

cincypunkkirby (July 5, 2011)

It's a cover. One that they released digitally...maybe not officially? Either way, it's pretty good.

allfornot (July 5, 2011)

Doubt anyone, will actually see this comment, but it was released on a comp called Vs. The Earthquake that was made for the benefit of Japan.

Hasheesh (July 5, 2011)

I'm excited we get to be a part of this! http://www.facebook.com/frankandearnest

GutterPoet (July 5, 2011)

-Think Big and this would be perfect

thedopamines (July 5, 2011)

haha, our song is called "you'd make a good horsecop"

Someone doesn't own the record!

GutterPoet (July 11, 2011)

And I think it should be KIDS-"500 Buck$" & "Punk Rock Fuck The Fucks" because both of those songs together are less than two minutes.
