Tours: Converge with Loma Prieta (US)

Lambgoat has announced that Converge will hit the road in April for a quick two-week tour with Loma Prieta and Git Some (ex-Planes Mistaken For Stars) and a handful of dates featuring Burning Love, Pianos Become the Teeth, and more. The band recently recorded their new album tentatively called All We Love We Leave Behind forthcoming this year on Epitaph Records.

Very excited for this. Burning Love always puts on a great show. And Loma Prieta's new album is the best thing I've heard so far this year.

Never heard of Git Some. Who would you compare them to?

Since when did I say I liked Republicans? Their stance on this issue was clearly opportunism, but I very much enjoy the way this flies in the face of the Manichean way American liberals see the world. The Democrats are just as corrupt; they just sometimes serve different masters.

In a two -party system (ours), you've got a 50/50 pick. You and I have been over this before. You look at things in term of ideology and how things 'should' be and I live in a world where you'll never be given that option due to influence and power (none of which we have).
