The Gaslight Anthem has posted a high quality video of the closing number from their hometown holiday show in Asbury Park last December. The band closed with their cover of The Who's "Baba O'Riley".

There's nothing you can put on a license plate that can't be properly expressed through airbrushing it on the side of your vehicle.

Wouldn't fit. The sides of the bald-mobile are already airbrushed with Presidential Failures. It's the opposite of Mt Rushmore. William Henry Harrison has a wicked gleam in his eye.

To be fair, only one side is the failures. The passenger-side is Jefferson and Adams in a split panel with each cursing the others name and 'July 4th sucks' written in calligraphy.

I'm automatically assuming you know nothing about failed presidents and just threw that joke out there on a whim. I don't approve. See, whenever *I* throw out a bizarre cultural reference, I have the knowledge to back it up. Don't dangle the prospect of an engaging conversation about horrible presidents without following through, it's just not fair.

By the way, William Buchanan was the worst president because he was gay. Not because of his economic policies or stance on slavery (or lack thereofs). No, gay. Not even in allowing the South to secede and setting the stage for Civil War. No, gay. Maybe it hasn't been 100% proven, but I'm still going to stick with that reason.

Kurt Vonnegut says never to use semicolons for anything. I've never read any of his books and probably couldn't even name one if I tried, but he was in 'Back to School' with Rodney Dangerfield so I guess I should take his word on it, even though I probably use semicolons more than anyone else on this site.

I hate when bands like Gaslight do covers of classic rock bands! No offence to the band, and I totally get that the guys in the band dig songs like that one! But I fucking hate when bands that I like a lot, do covers of classic rock songs I totally dislike!
