The Cancer Conspiracy take an indefinite hiatus

Big Wheel Recreation (who have a kickin' new website) have announced that instrumental rockers The Cancer Conspiracy are going on an indefinite hiatus. Check their website for more information. The band's latest release was "The Audio Medium."

In other BWR news, the label is selling a commemorative Travis Shettel throat surgery t-shirt to help raise money to pay for the recent treatment undergone by the Piebald vocalist to remove blisters from his vocal chords. Check Big Wheel's site for more information on the sale.

Fuck! I always wanted to see these guys live but never caught the chance. Their stuff sounds like it would just be insane live. Fuck those guys who stole all their gear earlier this year. -Scott

when i saw them they were totally amazing, they were fucking with eachother and just stopped playing in the middle of songs, it was fun as hell.

I want one of those shirts. It sucks that all these indie bands don't get medical insurance. I guess that's once of the downsides of being in a band. Without a 9-5 office job, it's hard to get insurance.

The whole healt care and insurance situation in the US sucks! They could learn a lot from Europe when it comes to everybody having a right to a good health without getting huge debts. I'm buying a shirt.
