Koffin Kats have announced another tour in support of their latest effort, Our Way & The Highway. Joining the band for two weeks out of the tour will be Boston, MA's Street Dogs who last released Street Dogs in 2010.
Jesus, how many times a year can Koffin Kats possibly play St. Louis or the St. Louis area? This has to be their third time here in the past 9 months. Do the smelly ass street punx never get tired of seeing them? That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Street Dogs.
Again, I may in the minority here, I love this cd ( Our Highway) and for the "gimicky" comments these guys get, they sure know how to make some good music. The Bottle calls really hits home, as I have had personal experience with a friend who was an alcoholic, tough times for her-oldpunker-
The have come a long way from when they were called V8 Nightmare, which was more a traditional psychobilly sound. The last time I saw them (which was probably 4 or 5 years ago) I was impressed that they had matured into a punk band who happened to have an upright bass for most of the songs. Also they are super nice dudes, which always goes a long way
Dogs and Kats, touring together! MASS HYSTERIA!
