Downtown Struts should be higher up, been rockin that shit for two months straight.

The Smith Street band not even on the list? You should all be ashamed. Haha.

Riverboat Gamblers is #1 but I really enjoy Masked Intruder and Holy Mess. I ordered them from red scare and demanded a free copy of Borrowed Time on vinyl to no avail.

Can't stop listening to the Masked Intruder record, probably my number one of the year so far.

Very deserving of #1. Regardless of 'gimmicks' they play and sing amazing songs. Their vocal harmonies are spot on (on the record and live, which you can not say for many bands (aside from Nothington)).

Hey, I actually listened to one of those albums, a marked increase from this site's previous month-end lists! Truly, I am on my way to becoming a genuine punkster.

You know, it's funny how punks are generally against trendy, cookie cutter, gimmicky fads. Then a "punk" band does it and wow! It's the greatest thing since ever. |
