The A.V. Club are closing this series of their Undercover performances-- where artists perform covers in a small, round room in the AVC office-- and are going out with a bang; they've got intergalactic warriors Gwar in the office, delivering a cover of Kansas's 1977 hit, "Carry on My Wayward Son." The performance also marks the debut of new Gwar guitarist, Pustulus Maximus, who has stepped in to replace the late Cory Smoot (a/k/a Flattus Maximus).

It's ridiculous how much this made me smile. Gwar are amazing! I really hope they reschedule their UK tour now that they have a new guitarist |
