Tours: D.O.A. continues farewell tour

Long-running Canadian punk band D.O.A. have announced additional farewell tour dates, kicking off later this month in Vancouver. The band will be calling it quits after 35 years together, as frontman Joey "Shithead" Keithley begins his political career.

Was lucky enough to catch D.O.A. at Riot Fest 2008 in Chicago. Pretty good. Joey "Shithead" was also very approachable after the set and seemed pretty cool.

Man, I hope they make it to the SE USA. Never had a chance to see DOA before. Fest, perhaps?

Oh geez, they better play San Franscisco or the East Bay...I saw their 1990 farewell tour in San Jose & Seattle- and a dozen times since! Love this band!

I'm lucky to have seen them once in LA in the mid/late-1990's. Really wish they had something on the east coast or at least Punk Rock Bowling 2013.

Saw them for the first time about 15 years ago. They were washed up then. I'm sure it's REAL good now.

Oh man I hope One Man Army is playing this year. The only band I heard confirmed so far is the swingin utters.
