Agreed. Kind of weird to go from a kick-ass Dan song to a terrible Matt one from sailing to dracula vampires, probably what made This Addiction so unbalanced.

Holy shit dude. If it's track names that turn you off of these guys they have got to be your least favorite band of all time. We never did get Church and Destroy but they've got time.

Can someone explain to me why Agony and Irony is so hated? I first heard them when From Here to the Infirmary and I loved that album, then couldn't get into anything else they did after that with the exception of a song or 2 on an album. Then I heard Agony and Irony I think its some of their most well done songs in a long time: In Vein, Calling All Skeletons, I Found a Way, Into the Night. BTW does anyone else think From Here to the Infirmary aged terribly?

It was way more processed than their other stuff, but I still enjoyed it. I've liked pretty much everything they've done with the exception of that Damnesia trainwreck.

I second this. I thought it was a pretty good record. Basically all the criticism people level at Agony and Irony should be taken and redirected toward Crimson, which seems to get of lightly, despite being one of the most lacklustre records I've heard. Also, Infirmary is awesome, but it does scream "early to mid 2000s". It didn't age poorly, it's just dated. Still one of the best pop-punk records I own.

I hate that record. Like straight up hate it. I prefer to think it doesn't exist, but it spawned "In My Stomach" which is just such a perfect B-side.

Everyone's a fucking critic.... Love this band for not giving a fuck what people say...at least they have the balls to try different stuff and do what THEY want to do. Do you really want every album to be like Goddammit? can you name me a band where EVERY single song is just the best ever....didn't think so... Can't wait to hear the new stuff.
