Teenage Bottlerocket have officially signed to Rise Records and they will be recording a new album for the label before the end of the year. Here's what they said:

[We are proud to] announce we have just signed to Rise Records and will be recording our first record for them this December at the Blasting Room! The label is home to many of our favorite bands including Bouncing Souls and Face to Face and we are really excited to join the family. Now, I'm sure many people are wondering how our relationship with Fat Wreck Chords is, and the answer is: awesome! [They] are some of our closest friends and with their blessing, we have embarked on a new path. On our end we've been working hard writing new songs and are looking forward to making what we hope will be our best record yet! Once that's out we'll do what we always do: tour and tour some more!

The band's last full length was Freak Out! in 2012. In the meantime, they released the American Deutsch Bag [7-inch] in 2013.
