What format is this thing in? Quicktime? I just updated all of my drivers during our snow storm last night and it's not playing. I want my money back. - Scott http://www.local-felons.com

It uses some sort of On2 compression, at least that's what mine said. If you have Quicktime set to auto-install codecs, it'll work. If not, you have to use the control panel thing to add it.

I did and it's still not playing it. Not quite sure. Another reason why I dislike Quicktime. Windows Media needs to be widely accepted. It offeres the best quality for the best compression and now most video editing products are functional to convert to the .WMV format. Eh. - Scott http://www.compusa.com

Nothing wrong with QT. There's something wrong with the person who encoded it. Not that WMV is bad, but it's usually for streaming content (like Real Media), which generally is not a good thing b/c you have to rely on two big things. 1. that you connection is fast enough (even dsl/cable is not fast enough to keep up with some streams) 2. that the host server is streaming it fast enough.

These guys played a local show in West Lafayette for charity a week or two ago and all I can say is holy shit. Props to bands who take the time out of big city tours to hit the small towns.

Geez -- Just jump all over someone for saying "local show!" What he means, and YOU did not understand, was that the BAND is from that town. THEY played a local show, as in their hometown area... Anyway, I was there, too, and I was blown away...
