It's nothing amazing. It just sounds like "beastie boys trying to sound like the beastie boys" The beats have a nice oldschool vibe though.

This album is off the hook... "bring it back that old new york rap" 3 guys just straight MCin it with the ghetto base lines and sick ass scratches and beats done by the mix masta!!! Open Letter to NYC is sick, mixin in some of their punk relations with that opening riff thats looped throughout the song. The album just like their others has many references to NYC they even get a litlte political in "Time to Build" (love the lyrics). Dont hate the album cause it doesnt say "nigga" every other word and make refernces to "bitches" and "hoes" from no talent bitch ass "MC's"... "MC's are like clay pigeons and I'm shootin skeet" CANT WAIT FOR THE TOUR! | Features
