Both songs will be released on a 7" single as an installment for the Art of the Underground Single Series. You can find the song's on Alex's MySpace page.…Cheeky joins Art Of The Underground singles series Art Of The Underground have confirmed that Brooklyn's Cheeky will contribute to their single series. The b-side of the band's upcoming 7" will feature a Slingshot Dakota cover on the b-side. They join other recently confirmed bands like the Copyrights, the Steinways, Chinese Telephones, the Methadones, and the Apers. The band recently released the six song Choke On A Cheeseburger EP via Quote Unquote Records.…Two new Mischief Brew releases Philadelphia's Mischief Brew has two new releases on tap. The first is a split with Joe Jack Talcum (The Low Budgets, Dead Milkmen). On the split LP, the Brew offers up six new tracks and Talcum seven, with both artists turning in renditions of Dead Milkmen songs. Up next is the Jobs in Steeltown 7" which features two "gritty, bluesy, somber ditties" about the usual: "the ups and downs of decay."
