Piebald fuckin rules. There's no way around it. This is a double CD of alot of stuff they have released already, but it still rules. The first cd is all stuff from their screemo/hardcore days. They were so young, small, and feeble (physically) and yet still so much better than so many bands that.

Piebald fuckin rules. There's no way around it. This is a double CD of alot of stuff they have released already, but it still rules.

The first cd is all stuff from their screemo/hardcore days. They were so young, small, and feeble (physically) and yet still so much better than so many bands that are still makin it big today.

The second cd is a re-release of all the songs on their first full length When Life Hands You Lemons. Damn good album too. Well whatever, those songs are followed by a bunch of demos from their latest full length If It Weren't for Venetian Blinds, It'd Be Curtains For Us All. Those are followed by some live radio recordings and some new songs which include a beatles cover and a slayer cover. They are all real good. I wanted to mention that the Venetians demos are much better, for this reason: the drummer is different. Now, I'm not too sure of Piebald history cause its sorta ambigous, but I know their drummer now is Jon Sullivan, but on those demos the drummer is Alex Garcia-Rivera or somethin. Now don't get me wrong, Jon is a great drummer, but on these demos, Alex makes Jon sound like he's got down syndrome. Even though the demos are so harshly recorded and such, the drumming is so good.

So here's the deal with this CD. If you have heard Piebald before and liked them, buy this CD. It's amazing, and it definatley shows the band's progress throughout the years. Oh, and if you catch them on tour (which you should cause their live show is so insanely tight), make sure that if that shitty NFG cover band Junction 18 is playing, be nice to them (cause they seem like stand up kind of guys), but by all means, avoid their music.
