If you’re looking for a melodic hardcore/punk band with a great deal of potential (an EP and split make up the band's current discography), Heartfelt Discord is for you. The band’s five-song EP, Something From Within, released on Scorpion Records, contains an overwhelmingly positive feel. With lyrics like “We will unite. All of our differences. We will unite”, it would be pretty hard to convey feelings otherwise.

sounds pretty good to me. as for the name....they could do a lot worse. who really cares about a name anyway, the music is what matters. what was up with that stupid ass breakdown in the first song? it was okay other than that. Or they could pick a name that doesn't remind me of Fugazi and how no band of this type could ever come close. I was thinking of naming my band "Heart of Discord." That way I would be covered if I wrote political songs or songs about having my heart broken. Yea im sneaky like that. yeah, band names suck. fuckers cant pick anything decent when they try to be tough or emotional...i dont know if thats the case here, what i do know is they are retarded 100 bucks says that within the next year, a ska band will emerge under the name of "The Laser Apes." | Features
