I love it when a truly diverse, yet fun and enjoyable lineup rolls through town. It seems all too easy to get caught up in mundane shows of the same bands that tour with bands that sound like Xeroxed versions of themselves. The current Suicide Machines tour, accompanied by Stretch Arm Strong and Whole Wheat Bread, is anything but.

So you don't like the Machines because Jay doesn't want fans of his band being seriously injured at their shows? I liked Suicide Machines til I went to a show. When the lead singer stopped everything and tells people to back up because poor little girls are getting squished against the fence in the front, I decided they weren't the band for me. "the new stretch armstrong record should be called "one morning we were atreyu, decided to take a shower. the make up came off and now we are SAS" the new stretch armstrong record should be called "one morning we were atreyu, decided to take a shower. the make up came off and now we are SAS" Yeah, there's a reason it has two 5 star ratings on here. Excellent album. YOU are the soulless one if you don't think Steal This Record has some of the catchiest and best pop punk EVER on it. "Steal This Record may just be their second best album though." its strange the Whole Wheat Bread says "we dont lwant you to like us cause we're black" but then calls their album "Minority Rules". ah, whatever. i like their music. god bless anyone who stuck by this band after steal this record and gasoline. Why are there so many Suicide Machines reviews? Insane. Saw this tour in New York, fucking incredible show. I love the Suicide Machines. god bless anyone who stuck by this band after steal this record and gasoline. I saw this show in Gainesville the other night and it sounds like it was pretty similar right down to the setlists, with the exception that I didn't really find Stretch Armstrong to have as much energy as they have had when I've seen them in the past. the new stretch armstrong record should be called "one morning we were atreyu, decided to take a shower. the make up came off and now we are SAS" The new album should have been called: "Jay's need to make money is killing our legacy" Its too bad there weren't more people into SAS. I wasn't very familiar with them, but it sucks that they got such a lukewarm response. I don't care when shitty bands or bands that act like assholes get ignored, but these guys had so much energy and genuinely wanted everyone to have a good time.
