Every now and then I just need a dose of pop, and while Oranger’s New Comes and Goes may not serve as a panacea, it is a fairly good treatment. The band combines the upbeat tempos, fuzzy guitars, and quirky keys of power-pop with Beck-like vocals to create a sound that may not always be refreshing, but is almost always catchy.

Matt rules! What a good bunch of guys Did Bob Reed do anything after colorfast in any other bands are they better than orange? Oh man. i thought this was Orange for a second. Another record so fast? I would have laughed my ass off if it was them. Too many bands around these days with the word Orange in their name... This band comes from the ashes of the amazing (but often overlooked) Overwhelming Colorfast... Bob Reed even joined the band for this album. |
