Slowride's C/S is a partially intriguing record that appears to blend early `90s indie rock (see: Mudhoney, etc.) with the moody progressions of grunge from the same era. It may not be a visually explosive, memorable experience, but for its duration provides a look at what happens when you combine the styles and make it sound accessible enough to work.

This score is for Mike Ness. I liked surviving the suicide bomber These poor guys always seem to be one hook short from writing a genuinely good rock song. That said, I don't mind them. Slowride is a great band, and so are all their other projects (that Saboteur album). There's no country on this album, it just grooves with great lyrics. ""SLOW RIDE!! (dah DAH DAH duhnuhnuhnuhnuhnuh) TAKE IT EASY!!!!" Score is for Foghat. indeed slowdive is better then these guys any day This album is easily their best. I would of given it 4. Haven't heard this, but I can bet that Slowdive is better. "SLOW RIDE!! (dah DAH DAH duhnuhnuhnuhnuhnuh) TAKE IT EASY!!!!" if its not visually explosive, i wont listen to it |
