You may or may not recall a band by the name A Change of Pace. This band in particular only stuck out by virtue of their shameless ripping off of well-known riffs from such bands as Thursday, Finch, and probably Underoath as well. Not a tremendous career starting point.

very sweet. i like this CD a lot. very cool. score is for the song 'weekend warriors'. and i listened to Loose Lips Sink Ships it is nothing like that thursday song this Cd i think is amazing. who cares if it sounds like someone else i dont think it does i am a teenager so the music is great and i will keep on listening and i listened to Loose Lips Sink Ships it is nothing like that thursday song Hmm...So for some reason this album grew on me and now I consider this an album I like. The only reason why is probably because I'm a teenager that eats this stuff up. Well, im glad to see that people's lives are so great that they constantly bash the same bands with the same insults, anyway... The funny thing is, this review is written terribly. '10 times zero' for instance. It should be 10 times 0, or ten times zero, no consistancy. all you people that review these cds,,only one question comes to mind..why do you do it...do you even like music..you never seem to like anything you review..its a good cd..and i seriously think your a dickhead... scott heisel u r a loser oh yea n i can tell the difference from each songso wheres my money dick weed fuck u,.,. "Jah Didn't Kill Johnny" by Sage Francis is a good song. I never get how genuinely enjoying and being enthusiastic about certain bands makes you a fanboy. I can't understand when it became fashionable to have a skepticism about everything. I enjoy plenty "orgcore" bands but there is also so much more music I listen to and love, and there is music I hate. Replace the word "branded" with "is" and then we've got ourselves a discussion. Does anyone else love the irony that this site is simultaneously branded as nothing but fanboys and also a bunch of jerks who don't like anything? Their first cd wasnt THAT bad. Score is for the review. Anonymous below me... You all are soooo awesome for piling on some juvenile band that was fortunate enough to get a record deal. Why don't you bring something else to the table other than scorn and lame satire.... And focus positively on more deserving bands that maybe more obscure. This review was pretty good, but here's how I'd make it better: wasn't this year meant to be a great year for music...wtf happenned?!! I can't think of one release that has been truly great and defining. what a letdown... i just tried listening to them but i couldn't finish one song. OOOH! This is that band that Scott destroyed in AP! I read a review of their last record that basically said "break up, for the sake of urselves and all music" (i think in AP). I guess said recommendation still stands. C'mon Choo-Choo, where's the B-Boys review. great review I have never heard of this band before. That is all. Once again with the funny link, kick ass. "To their credit, they’ve improved tenfold since the last record. To the credit of my 3rd grade math teacher, I know that 10 times zero is still zero." I almost agree with your review. Except I kind of like 'Shoot From the Hip.' But besides that, I completly agree. This boring, carbon-copied emo rock. Maybe they'll have better luck next time...maybe not. No, the art looks like something from one of those "bass tapes" they people used to buy at swap meets for "bass-offs". Art looks like a Rise Against rip. |
