I had eagerly awaited this new sampler from Hellcat records, It saddened me when on delivery it was missing alot of what I had bought it for. Unreleased songs. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
I wasn't very impressed with this comp. F-Minus, The Nerve Agents, and AF were the only tracks that I enjoyed. yeah, the first two were fantastic, but this one was really run of the mill fat wreck quality. maybe #4 will be better. ---your mom. Compilation albums are put for the sole purpose of making people aware of bands that they may not have heard about. Condsider it a bonus when you get unreleased songs. I got into most bands I like by buying comps. They are cheap and bands gain exposure. Thats their point I wouldn't rate a label by its compilations. All these songs are released already, by bands now well known. When the first one came out, nobody knew who those bands were. honestly, i was less than impressed by this cd. the first one was amazing, the second one was pretty good, and this one was fairly tame. even the music videos didn't move me greatly. with few exceptions, hellcat is going down the drain. :( |
