The Promise Ring post teaser video

The Promise Ring's mysterious return to the Internet continues, following the appearance of a Promise Ring Twitter account last week. Now, they've started a Vimeo account, and posted a single video, entitled "It's All Coming Back to Me Part 1." The 30 second clip contains clips taken while driving in an unnamed small town, but no further details on the band's plans, if any exist.
