Ramones to release deluxe reissue of 'Road to Ruin'
Following on the heels of the deluxe reissues of their first three albums, Ramones will be releasing a deluxe edition of 1978's
Road To Ruin
. Following in the line of the earlier releases, the new deluxe edition includes three CDs. The first CD is a remaster version of the original album and a "new mix" of the same LP. The second CD includes the single mixes of songs from the album and about 20 demos/rough mixes of album songs. The third disc is a previously unreleased live show titled Live At The Palladium, New York, NY, December 31 1979. It also includes a vinyl copy of the remastered album. It's out September 21, one day shy of the album's 40th anniversary. Hear two songs from the set below, and see the live show tracklist.
