Scott Vogel's Serpents of Shiva release debut 7-inch after 12 years

Scott Vogel of Terror and Jay Galvin have a "new" band called Serpents of Shiva. While their debut 7-inch was just released, it was recorded back in 2009. It's out now via Velocity Records and includes two tracks. You can hear them below.
