Blackheart Records artist The Vacancies will release their upcoming full length A Beat Missing or a Silence Added on November 1st. The album was produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna and the band will support the record on a tour with The Dwarves.

You can check out three tracks from the album on their purevolume site.
