Dr. Know in studio for new full length with Scott Hull of Pig Destroyer mixing

Dr.Know, who reunited in spring 2004, have announced plans to enter the studio to record 17 new songs for their upcoming full length. The band will record the album with Mike Sosa, and the album will be completed by Scott Hull of Pig Destroyer.

The band promises a new sound, specifically saying "High on Fire meets Pig Destroyer meets Black Flag meets Dr. Know." The album will be released on Malt Soda.

i have heard the new stuff. it's just harder, harsher, more intense. the band is keeping up with new sounds, it's not dropping their old one. call it a mixture. i like it.

since no one takes anything i do seriously, i have to do whatever it takes to feed my family. i do all kinds of jobs. is that selling out, or taking advantage of an opportunity from years ago? i never asked to be a kid actor. my parents put me in it. if i can make a buck from some autograph collector, i'll take it. there are far worse ways of supporting your family. brandon cruz i didn't log in, but this is really me. don't like me or our band? cool. i'm just trying to do what i love. too bad some of you can't say the same.
