Just after the release of their first full length, Betrayed have called it a day. The band posted this statement on their Myspace page:

Due to members feeling like they were compromising their integrity, Betrayed is no longer a band. Our final show was played on August 27th in Haverhill, Massachusets. Thanks to all who supported us.

The band released Substance, a split with Champion and their debut EP, Addiction.
