Paint It Black has posted a MySpace blog post laying out an outline for their future plans. The band has begun writing new material for their third album, which they hope to have out sometimes in 2007. The band's last album, Paradise, topped the charts here at Punknews.org in the year of '05.
The band will also be playing at the last R.A.M.B.O. "experience" along with an unidentified lineup of bands at an unidentified date. That's all we've got, folks. To end, the band has thrown their hat into the ring of musicians, labels, 'zines and people supporting Callum Robbins, son of producer and musician J. Robbins. Dr. "Dangerous" Dan Yemin's other band Lifetime is gearing up to release their first post-reunion, self-titled debut for Decaydance Records. Jade Tree Records (70 comments)

The last RAMBO show is in January some time. Going to be so sick. If you live near Philly and you don't go, you're a faggot. 5+ Replies

Well that kicks a lot of people's asses who were moaning about Paint It Black not playing again because of Lifetime.

They won't top Paradise. I mean, I love PIB a whole fuck of a lot and don't doubt their talents, but Paradise is one of those records that bands will be citing 10 years from now as a highly influential album, because that's how good it is. It's an absolute classic. 3+ Replies
