Media: Rilo Kiley: “Silver Lining”

Rilo Kiley have posted the first song from their upcoming new record. The record is titled Under the Blacklight and is due out August 21, 2007. It is the follow-up to More Adventurous which was released in 2004.

I was just listening to "More Adventurous" the other day and wondering when their new record was coming out. The Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins record from last year was really good too.

the elected record that came out last year was better than that jenny lewis record, IMO. and 'more adventurous' is meh. listened to it like... once. i miss the old rilo kiley sound. 'execution of all things' was their peak i think.
