Dropkick Murphys recently dropped by the AT&T-sponsored Blue Room for an interview and some exclusive live footage. The band talks about their Irish roots, recent collaborations and projects and some of the inspiration behind their new album, The Meanest of Times.
It also includes acoustic performances of "Flannigan's Ball," "I'm Shipping Up To Boston" and "The State of Massachusetts." You can check it out here. Warner Music Group (44 comments)

Is it common in the US too to have to travel 500 km to see a concert? 3+ Replies

I just listened to "The Meanest of Times" this morning. Excellent album. All the haters should give it a solid, objective listen before trashing it. It's their best since "Do or Die." Barr and Casey really have come into their own as songwriters and vocalists.

These clowns are playing the county fair this month in CA. Where they always belonged IMO.
