Bill Clower of Radon joins The Anchor

We've gotten word that Bill Clower of Radon and Cro(w)s has joined Austin, TX's The Anchor as their new permanent drummer. Clower will relocate to Austin to join the group, with current drummer Josh moving over to guitar.

The band is currently supporting a split with O Pioneers!!! released by Triumph Of Life Records.

The Anchor is good. It's basically Idle Kids, and the Idle Kids demo is definitely amazing.

The Anchor now only has 2 members still in it (rawn and jay) that was in Idle Kids. JP (bass) lives in NY and Eric (drummer) is in like 4 other bands (the Bread, Like Dogs, Bob Showdown, and some comedy outfit). BTW the Idle kids singer Allen is in HoboMouth with me...

my high school FFA hosted jerry clower! dude was awesome!!! Also Bill Clower is the best choice.... radon was/is awesome!!! i do not think they will ever be DONE done... so long as they stay out of jail and alive!!!

That is the best news! We just saw The Anchor in Vegas and they were fucking awesome, and there isn't a word that can express the way we feel about Radon. I hope they will be debuting their new lineup in time for their Vegas show next week!
