Eulogy Records has announced US tour dates for their "This Tour Sucks" tour. The trek will feature Jacksonville's Kids Like Us, New Jersey's the Mongoloids, Miami's Thick As Blood and New Jersey's Years Spent Cold. Select dates will feature Seattle's Furious Styles and South Florida's Know The Score. The tour will kick off on October 19th and run through the end of November.

granted, i listen to a good amount of bands on eulogy (obw, furious styles, mongoloids, KLU, etc.) i feel that bands that are on this label seem to just ..... fade out after awhile.

like, they sign.

they debut an album.

and thats it...

kids like us are from tallahassee, or so i thought.
years spent cold is the worst band in the world, id rather follow around an ice nine kills world tour than see them play once, or hear another song by them.
and know the score are good dudes.

I absolutely hate talking shit on bands because I feel like "Hey, I make music too and I just want everyone to accept each other as musical artists and co-exist", but there is no justice in a world where a band like Mongoloids gets paid for making the music they make.

Lyrics that seem like they were written as an afterthought in about 4 minutes, boring mid-tempo guitar chugging, no time changes or musical creativity, and a singer that I guarantee had to re-do at least 5 takes because he started laughing halfway through.

I hate saying stuff like this, because for all I know, they're personally awesome dudes... but as a struggling songwriter, it's frustrating.
