Tickets are usually $50 all told for both days, which may seem steep but look at the lineup.

I listened to some of the songs, and I'm guessing they're a joke band. Even if they weren't, the vocals ruin what would otherwise be a band you could laugh at.

Wow....what a surprise....Bad Religion is the only band on here I want to see (for the 12th time.) Bad Religion are my favorite band of all time alongside a couple of others, but its hard to stomach all of the shit on this tour. I think BR should tell Vans to take a hike and go to an actual punk rock festival which is where they belong. I would much rather see Bad Religion play alongside punk rock, hardcore and noise/sludge bands than alongside a bunch of pop-metal and pop-rock bands and (gasp) christian bands.

I have nothing wrong with me, yet I paid a shady clinic money and walked out with 120 Hydrocodones, 60 Soma, and 20 Xanax. Overall, it cost me a little under $300 for all that (Dr. Vist and the medications). All I had to do was commit a federal offence by lying to an obviously incompetent medical professional in order to obtain narcotics to feed my addiction. It's really easy.

Sure the institution of vans warped may suck.
Sure the posers and scenesters suck.
Sure lots of bands on that list suck.
BUT...... there are a LOT of good bands playing. A lot of gateway bands for people to escape the shallow conformism of mainstream music.
Some of these bands are the reasons why we frequent this site now.
I know that a lot of fans of punk and other styles of music represented by this line up throughout the world would fucking love to see this shit go down.

Okay, if you're going to attack an entire country's population, at least construct a decent sentence. "conformism" that's a new one. I think most people on this site have pretty legitimate reasons for criticizing the warped tour, none of which have anything to do with our nationality, but rather the core fact that punk rock is best ingested in small club settings, not the blistering hot parking lot of some verizon wireless owned ampitheatre or some foul smelling fairgrounds a good hour away from the city where you can expect to pay 5 dollars for water and absolutely no re-entry. I understand warped tour introduced/introduces a lot of young people to good bands (hell, from 1999-2001 I was one of them) but when the whole event features sign-ups for the marines and that insufferable cunt who sang that "kissed a girl" song, along with the stupidest most watered down versions of "punk roc

Anti-Flag, Bad Religion, Big D and the Kids Table, Bouncing Souls, Flogging Molly, Less Than Jake... were all decent at one point, The Souls are still good... the rest suck, but who's surprised? Also, lmfao @ Brokencyde. Punx!

The lineup always looks decent when you look at these lists, then you see that only one or two of the bands worth seeing are actually on the tour when it comes through your town...unless you live in California or something.

This crappy screamo tour only has like three bands I wanna see. Not even worth it. I'm going to Insubordination Fest this year instead. It's way more worth it than this traveling commercial for top 40 disguised as punk called the Warped tour.

I got to play with the bouncing souls,anti flag,partied with nofx,worked for flogging molly for a day,used the ataris amps to record with, and got an email from thrice about my cd that i gave them. oh the memories

fuck it i think i'll go this year, havent been to warped since afi was still on nitro records. yeah i liked afi along time ago. it's just going to be so hot, houston summers are brutal. if it's outside then i sucks cause of heat but if it's inside the sound sucks. damn second guessing it now, maybe i'll just go to the beach or something.

Fuck it. I think I'll go this year. I haven't been to Warped Tour since AFI was still on Nitro Records. Yeah, I liked AFI a long time ago. It's just going to be so hot! Houston summers are brutal. *could also be replaced with "If it's outside, then I suck the cause out of the heat". Which doesn't make much sense either.
