Montreal's Subb have announced their next full length. The record is titled To This Beat and is due out June 2, 2009. It is the follow-up to The Motions which was released in 2006.
The band is promising elements of punk rock, ska and reggae with special guest reggae living legend Jah Cutta on board for some tracks. The band will shoot a video for the first single "I Love Montreal" next week. They'll be on the road all summer long and will do an album launch concert on June 5th in Montreal with labelmates The Johnstones at the Cabaret Juste Pour Rire.

Last Subb cd was their best in my opinion. I have to say that Jah Cutta is pretty awesome so I can't wait to hear this.
