Set Your Goals have posted the title track from their forthcoming Epitaph Records debut. The record is titled This Will Be The Death Of Us and is due out July 21, 2009. The album is their first since Mutiny! in 2006.
The track features guest vocals from Vinnie Caruana of I Am the Avalanche and The Movielife. The record also includes performances from New Found Glory's Chad Gilbert and Hayley Williams of Paramore. Check out "This Will Be the Death of Us" on their myspace page. Epitaph Records (44 comments)

This song is boring. I have no problems with Mutiny, but this song lacks all the things that people liked about it. I guess they only had one album in them.

This album should have a two dudes docking on the cover. 4+ Replies

The vocal melody is borderline annoying but I don't hate the song. Good summer band.

Have they even released anything since "to sell the truth"? I haven't listened to that in well over a decade. 2+ Replies

Where the hell is a new I Am The Avalanche record. The last one came out 4 years ago. Everytime I see them on tour they say soon. Bullshit.

Looking back on the Rock Agains Bush and Protect comps, Fat Wreck has some amazing fucking comps. We need more of those. 3+ Replies

I'm so excited for you guys to hear this record. From the Ed Hardy-inspired cover art to Hayley's AWESOME guest spot (seriously, she's been listening to hardcore bands like Mest and Strung Out and she brings the BR00TAL) to the hooks to the Beach Boy style harmonies, this just might be the best hardcore album of the last 15 years. 2+ Replies

I think its pretty good. The vocals arent that great, but for the most part its a pretty good song.

I like the new song. Hayley Williams being on the record doesn't bug me, its just one song she's one...hopefully. I doubt this record will have the musical flow mutiny did.

this song seems pretty pointless, just like The Fallen
Drew Sherlock (June 4, 2009)
wow that was really dissapointing. the fallen is a step up from mutiny but this song is just boring and goes nowhere.

Stoked.

im surprised you guys are poopooing all over this song... i think itll grow on most of you.. i loved it at first listen! this and the fallen were amazing and not the direction i thought these guys would go. i thought they'd get poppier and more mainstream, but this sounds more like a fat wreck type album. there's more fast parts and less slower poppier parts and the ones it has are tighter. but then again, its only 2 songs haha 1+ Reply

This is not as good as "The Fallen." Then again, it would be a miracle if the whole record was as phenomenal as that song. | Features

I was stoked for this album before I read Hayley Williams would be on it. My expectations just hit critical mass.
