Against Me! frontman Tom Gabel recently updated his blog with a video of the band working on their next record in the studio. The album will be the band's first since 2007's New Wave.

Seriously, why not just take 5o seconds of a cat in a litter box and put "baby I'm an Anarchist" behind it? Still, I'm very excited for the new album. Even if you don't like the band (as many of you claim) it's always interesting to see where they'll go.

I'm 24 and after a shitty breakup went from 180 to 166 pounds. I've stopped losing weight but I am still a little flabby. How can i harden up my mid section. Crunches seem to be working only real slow and really it's not that much. I drink a lot of beer. Is my only option to quit all the booze? I do lots of running. 4 miles 5 times a week. Any suggestions on how to stop this plateau I've hit and get a little more hard/lean?

Do shotgun curls. They work awesome. Put the barrel of the gun in your mouth and curl your finger around the trigger and pull. Be careful, the first time stings a bit. But its usually over pretty quick and you won't notice it after that.
