Face to Face, Circle Jerks, The Adolescents confirmed to play City Underground Fest

Details for this year's inaugural Underground Fest have been announced. The festival will be happening on May 8 at Fort Mason in San Francisco, CA. Besides a skateboarding competition and tattoo expo, bands scheduled to perform include Adolescents, La Plebe, The Ataris, Circle Jerks and Face to Face.
