D.O.A. is not breaking up, is touring and starting new LP

Joey Keithley, frontman of long running punk band D.O.A., has stated that despite the group's previous announcements that they were ending, the band has decided to continue. Keithley stated:

"When I lost my nomination by five votes, I was pissed. But I soon realized that I had not forgotten how to write songs, how to sing and play guitar and how to kick ass up on stage! So I am ramping up D.O.A. again and we’re going to let our street politics tell the stories about what’s really happening!"

In addition to Keithley, the band now includes Paddy Duddly on drums and Mike Hodsall on bass. They are planning to release a new album in March 2015. The band released the live album Welcome To Chinatown in 2013.
