Festivals & Events: Roadblock Music Festival releases full lineup

Part of the Waterfront Concert Series in East Providence, the inaugural Roadblock Music Festival, focusing on punk rock, has announced their lineup. Bands to play include Bad Religion, The Menzingers, Charly Bliss, and more.
