Tours: Rancid (Canada West Coast)

Rancid continues to add dates to their world tour which kicked off earlier this month. The band is promising a completely different set each night, selected from over 150 Rancid songs as well as cuts from Tim and Matt's former band Operation Ivy and Lars' Bastards. While not revealing many details, the band states authoritatively that they will be releasing their next record in the Spring of 2007.

The latest additions in September include stops on the Canadian West Coast.

the local opening acts for montreal are all going to be freakin' insane. Ripcordz, The Brains, The Gutter Demons. i think i will have to go to all three shows.

Was at both shows in Ft. Lauderdale over the weekend. Don't not miss this tour when it comes through.

Oh, and it sucks to be everyone else that doesn't have the mighty Avail playing on their dates.

almost entirely diff sets except for "Time Bomb" both nights as well as acoustic "Journey to the End of the East Bay" which they opened with the next night.

In Chicago 9/11 is with the Explosion and 9/12 is with Sick of it All.

2 dates at the shitty croation cultural centre in Van? whats up with that, Dicks-on-Dicks or the Commodore would have sold me in a second... shitty all ages shows at the croation. Rancid seems like they'd be better in a drunk, sweaty bar. I'll wait to see who's opening... i know its not the slackers so chances are I won't go. Anyone from Van care to respond?

More shows have been set. Ventura and Los Angeles. Look it all up on pollstar. 5 nights in LA. Different sets each night? Well if i'm gonna drive 13 hours I might as well stay for a few nights.
