Despite being embroiled in a significant legal battle with their label, Hawthorne Heights has already begun work on their next release.
The band is promising that they will soon bring a new CD+DVD live package recorded during their stint on the Nintendo Fusion tour, which kicked off yesterday. The band has also launched a news message board and is encouraging showgoers to report back on their experiences. The DVD would be the band's second, with the previous edition being released earlier this year, in between the band's two Victory releases, If Only You Were Lonely and The Silence in Black and White. As the band's label status is at the root of the current lawsuits, there is no word on who will be releasing the live package. Victory Records (57 comments)

So I was walking into the main stage at Bumbershoot right after Hawthorne Heights finished and yellowcard was playing next and this emo kid with a girl haircut walking out says, "Yellowcard rock on" and proceeds to give me the rock horns in sarcastic fashion and I just thought to myself wow, hawthorne heights and good charlotte are my two least favorite band ever because they actually think they are punk/hardcore. 1+ Reply

First post that isn't a knee-jerk,obscenity laden attack on either the band or the label.
