All-American Rejects have announced that they will be releasing the follow up to 2005's Move Along this fall, on September 16, 2008.
The album follows the band's lengthy hiatus which began in 2006. In that time, some members of the band collaborated with Ben Weasel on his latest solo album, These Ones Are Bitter. Universal Music Group (39 comments)

Didn't this band have to scrap an entire album because the label didn't think it was catchy enough? The second one had three or four good pop/pop-punk songs, but the vast majority of it just felt thrown together - a really different feel from the first one. I'm mildly curious about what the next album will sound like from a stylistic perspective, but I'm not enough of a fan of theirs to check out the whole thing. 1+ Reply

I don't care what the rest of you say, these guys write ridiculously catchy songs and I can't help but love them. | Features
