The Black Heart Procession sign to Temporary Residence

San Diego, CA's The Black Heart Procession have announced that they've signed to Temporary Residence. The band is set to release their latest full length album through the label in October and follow it up with a North American tour.

The band released The Spell in 2006 through the now nearly defunct Touch and Go.

i dont know. but thanks for reminding me that one of my favorite labels is going down the toilet (financial wise)

Sub Pop should pick the album up, though. thatd be a good fit.

Funny, I saw these guys a really long time ago at Emo's with Those Bastard Souls, and I thought they were really interesting and quite dark,
I could see these guys touring with Mazzy Star, Pedro The Lion or Murder By Death
