Tours: The Books / Lymbyc Systym

Critically acclaimed experimental electronic duo the Books will head out on tour this week to debut some new material from their forthcoming record. They'll be joined on most dates by another experimental pair, Lymbyc Systym.

That upcoming Books album will be the band's first since 2005's Lost and Safe (Tomlab). Lymbyc Systym issued Carved by Glaciers earlier this year on Magic Bullet, as well as a split with This Will Destroy You.

BOB+biscuits and gravy+a water cup you fill up with blue powerade=$3.88. Every night. Whataburger heals everything. So go for a double meat/cheese. Where abouts in Texas do you live?

My parents found out I drink and that some of my friends smoke weed and are now threatning to not let me move and go to school in SF in about 6 days. Is it really that big of a deal? I should have just said "Well...THATS YOUTH!"

Unless a kid is homeschooled, no kid in America lacks friends who drink and smoke weed. Explain that to them.

I wouldn't even call that weed down there.... it's referred to as "Bammer" and is the lowest grade you could possibly get.

Dude, just wait till you get here.... we got Cannibus Clubs with legal weed, underground parties in abandon furniture stores that go until 8 in the morning, homeless people crawling and sleeping everywhere, great bars (and real bars, not pool halls or sports bars), and the most gorgeous women from every fucking nation. Don't let your parents find out until they get here.

50% of the time when i'm at a gas station getting gas i get stuck with the fucked up pump where the auto-fill latch doesn't catch and when i squeeze the pump handle all the way the thing shuts off so i have to stand there barely squeezing the handle while the numbers slowly increase penny by penny. i could switch pumps but my brain tells me this would be far more work than standing hunched over my gas tank for 15 minutes. i usually give up around $8 dollar.

my local speedway has the same issue on all pumps except the far left one which always has a line.

I won't go to BP because it fucks up my Venture's engine.

i did not know how to pump gas until i moved out of new jersey. i still get nervous when i fill up the tank that i will do it wrong.
