I've definitely had my minor issues with Boys Night Out's live show the past two years. Starting some time in 2004 it seemed like the Burlington, ON-based band, beginning to grow out of their early post-Grade phase, showed it in their live performances of material from both 2002's Broken Bones and Bloody Kisses and the followup debut full-length, 2003's Make Yourself Sick. The songs were always awfully slowed down and consequently awkward, making the crowd sing-alongs feel like slow motion replays. I never got to see the band play said material with the keyboardist/vocalist they added for the recording of 2005's Trainwreck, Kara Dupuy, but I imagine it didn't exactly reinvigorate the band into once again showcasing fist-pumping pogo-fests.

So, why did that chick leave the band? Man Fucking Boys Night Out! How the fuck could Bri leave the fucking Fullblast to go here? Don't get me wrong, they're not a terrible band, but The Fullblast were fucking kings. I miss them so much, it's not even funny. They're four song demo thingy was amazing, then it all went downhill. Maybe the new stuff with be good again ... but I am a pessimist. Fuck that demo is great though. Just thought I'd mention...I'm watching this DVD as I write this, and I'm having a damn good time! i don't know anything about this dvd but all i know is boys night out rocks! more like where is the good riddance review more like where is the good riddance review It's not coming because no one wants to read about preachy, trend-hopping Christian wackcore. Or they're just regular users posting anonymously to ask where it is because they think it's funny, Like this. Naw, the Underoath review isn't coming because everyone who wants to red it and has the album is too busy asking where it is to write one. "Where's the Underoath review?!?!?!?!?!?!" So, why did that chick leave the band? i love their albums, but i've never seen them put on a good show in the past 4 years. Eeeeeeeeemmmmmmooooooo when kara was in the band there were two people from detroit playing with them, now its back to just brian(the drummer) though who in this band is not Canadian? its a good thing i didnt buy this, then. This band sucks so bad, god they fucking suck. i haaaaaaaaaaaate the title of this dvd Where's the Underoath review?!?!?!?!?!?! I'm indifferent about this band. Sometimes I can get into them, sometimes I can't. They're not really good, but they're not bad either. They kind of fit in the fine line of average with slight bursts of enjoyability. I don't like this band, even though I only own "make yourself sick" and saw them live once, around the time that cd was released. |
