It's just another show at Chicago’s worst dive bar. To my surprise, I was actually carded, twice. Being an all-ages show, the door between the bar and the garage was closed, forcing me and everyone else of age getting in a couple pre-show beers to step outside, walk five feet, pay our fee and step inside Ronny’s garage.

Okay, since apparently there were TONS of punknews kids at this show and no one recognized each other, I'll be going to the Fake Problems gig on Saturday in a punknews.org shirt. This really was a fun show. My friend and I were standing in the back and had to take turns standing on a chair just to see. I'm really glad it was at Ronny's and not Reggie's again. First, a band built together of many talents played. They couldn't capture my attention. Show was great. I think I spit on someone. Noise By Numbers sound like radio rock? the demos on their myspace sound like late era Husker Du/Pegboy kinda poppy punk. Nothing wrong with that. I heard the trumpet player hates Green Day. James is right about Bill being right. Bill's right, Ronny's is fantastic. M-A-L-I-N-O-W-S-K-I Oh quit your whining about Ronny's. It's a place in the city that constantly gives left of center bands a chance to play. They played J.A.R. at the Cleveland show. Along with Linolium and a slew of parts of 311 songs. Score is for all of that. So, there either no women at this show, or they were all lesbians? Best review I've read. Shame on you for not 5 starring the show as all Bomb shows should. Also, double shame for not being familiar with albums besides Scrambles. What a weird place to have this show. I didn't go, but I probably would have if it had been somewhere else. I knew all the words to Longview, but I couldn't hear anything standing right in front of that speaker. Fantastic show, too bad nothing was played off of the first two releases. | Features
