Frank Turner recording Mongol Horde album

Frank Turner has hit the studio to record for his side project, Mongol Horde. He announced the band back in August 2011 and released new music last year. The band reunites Turner with Million Dead bandmate Ben Dawson and Matt Nasir of his current band, The Sleeping Souls. Turner tweeted this:

Long (and intense) day of Mongol Horde vocals. Six songs done. Seven to go. [Ben Dawson] thinks I'm mental after reading the lyrics.
We're still not a hardcore band. Neither were Million Dead, for the record.

Turner released Tape Deck Heart in 2013.
