The new EP from UK pop-punkers one:day:life is out now. Titled Same Old Story, the EP is available through their online store for a mere £5 and at selected stores. The CD comes with an enhanced section featuring a music video, interviews, "making of" footage, studio diary, photo gallery and links to exclusive web content. To coincide with the release of the CD, one:day:life have launched a competition to win a bass guitar signed by the guys and used on their last UK tour. All you have to do to win is answer a simple question over at their contest page.

The band currently has three UK shows lined up in September and October.
