I can probably skip the standard disclaimer about buying the CD… I should mention that I had the opportunity to talk to Kris of the Ataris when he came to Toronto, and we spent the whole time talking about Jawbreaker… great guy, and a true punk nerd too. He could have hyped his own band, but spent his time hyping others. A good guy all around.
followup by josh : To everyone that is getting the new Ataris off of Napster… I do encourage you check out the new songs. They are really well-written songs. But I hope all of you buy the cd when it comes out because you don't know what you are missing. The booklet is packed with original artwork and photos taken by Kris himself and by owning the mp3's you only have half of "End Is Forever".
