Roulette Records has announced that they will be issuing a compilation of rare and non-album material from Virgina's Candy Snatchers. The record titled Ugly on the Outside will be followed by a new studio record which is expected sometime this year.

The label describes the band as:

a mix of 60's garage, the Detroit sound and late 70's punk with the energy and intensity of any hardcore band. They've been compared to the Weirdos, NY Dolls, Iggy and Stooges, and the Dwarves. They're no retro-trip or late 70's punk wanna be band.

The band has released a variety of material via Go Kart and ColdFront.
