Chico, California's Number One Gun have signed to Tooth and Nail Records. The band, who released their debut full-length Celebrate Mistakes [review] in 2003, will be entering the studio with producer Aaron Sprinkle (Acceptance, Pedro the Lion, MxPx) for an expected summer release.

The band's purevolume site, which features three tracks from the band, describes them as an "emo pop rock band."
